The mission of the Jefferson Outreach for Older People is to provide needed services to the elderly so they may remain independent in their homes for as long as possible.

Established in l984, as a faith-based organization to provide services to the elderly in the Northwest side of SA. Our services include:

• Daily meal delivery
• Weekly grocery delivery
• Transportation to and from medical appointments
• Minor home repair
• Telephone reassurance to isolated homebound seniors
